Торгово-экономические связи провинции Хэйлунцзян с Российским Дальним Востоком: сравнительный анализ политики на двух этапах развития TRADE FND ECONOMIC RELATIONS OF THE HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE WITH THE RUSSIAN FAR EAST: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF POLICIES
Abstract
Характеризуя приграничную торговлю Дальнего Востока России с провинцией Хэйлунцзян Китая в конце прошлого века, можно выделить два основных этапа: 1. В 1980-х гг. шло восстановление торгово-экономических отношений между двумя соседними регионами в условиях перестройки социалистических экономик. 2. После распада СССР политика Китая трансформировалась в соответствии с новыми экономическими и политическими реалиями. Правительства Китая и России не всегда удачно корректировали направление приграничной торговли, что вело к нестабильности и колебаниям объёма торговли между двумя регионами. Политика расширения торгово-экономических связей сыграла решающую роль в формировании российско-китайских отношений. Дальний Восток России и провинция Хэйлунцзяна должны и дальше развивать двустороннее сотрудничество и взаимовыгодные интересы сторон в различных областях экономики.
China went through two stages. 1. In the 1980s There was a restoration of trade and economic relations between the two neighbouring regions in the context of the transformation of socialist economies. 2. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, China’s policy was transformed in accordance with new economic and political realities. The governments of China and Russia adjusted the direction of cross-border trade, leading to instability and fluctuations in the volume of trade between the two countries. The development policy of trade and economic relations between the two regions played a crucial role in the development of Russian-Chinese relations. The Far East of Russia and the Heilongjiang Province should not stop at an early level of development, the province should “keep up with the times” and adapt to new conditions. |
