МЫСЛИТЬ КОНСТРУКТИВИСТСКИ: ОТКРЫВАЯ МНОГОГОЛОСЫЙ МИР

Аннотация
В статье раскрывается специфика и основные идеи конструктивистского подхода к исследованию международных отношений. Статья состоит из двух частей. В первой части рассматриваются онтология, эпистемология и основные принципы методологии конструктивизма. Во второй части — внимание автора обращено на ключевые концепты теории международных отношений (анархия международной системы, сила, национальный интерес, идентичность, война и мир и др.). Вывод автора: конструктивизму в принципе удалось «построить мост» между неолиберализмом и либеральным институционализмом. Современные версии конструктивизма тяготеют либо к неореализму (реалистский конструктивизм), либо к либерализму (либеральный конструктивизм).

Кеннет Уолц — один из наиболее ярких представителей «неореализма», сформулировал три «образа» мировой политики (в отечественной литературе часто говорят «об уровнях»): первый образ — поведение людей рассматривается как основа мировой политики, при этом фокус исследования направляется на индивидуальные мотивации, человеческую уязвимость и т.д.; второй образ — акцент на внутренней структуре государств, внутреннее устройство государств становится объяснением мировой политики; третий образ — анархия как международная система; внимание исследователя обращено на систему, в рамках которой существуют государства, что позволяет объяснить их поведение.
