Роль международных организаций во внешней политике Нигерии после перехода к гражданскому правлению (1999-2025)

В статье рассматривается сотрудничество с международными организациями как самостоятельный вектор внешней политики Нигерии с учетом основных задач, которые Абуджа стремится решить участием в ООН, Содружестве наций, Движении неприсоединения, ОПЕК, ФАО, а также ОИС на современном этапе (с 1999 г.). Кроме того, анализируется изменение позиции Нигерии в отношении ключевых неформальных институтов (БРИКС и G20) после прихода в стране к власти президента Б. Тинубу в 2023 г. Хотя подходы Нигерии к этим международным организациям и институтам различны, общей чертой при проведении политики на данном треке является поиск оптимального баланса между решением задач внутреннего развития и позиционированием страны в качестве регионального лидера, способного привлекать внимание международного сообщества к ключевым вызовам, с которыми сталкиваются государства африканского континента. ООН играет для Нигерии ключевую роль: Нигерия готова предлагать собственное видение по ряду вопросов, особенно в части международной безопасности. Укреплению международных позиций страны способствует ее участие в работе СБ ООН и избрание нигерийцев на ответственные должности в системе Организации. Присоединение Нигерии к БРИКС в качестве партнера, а также ее активный интерес к G20 дополняют амбиции страны символическим капиталом значимого игрока развивающегося мира, готового представлять не только собственные, но и коллективные интересы на мировой арене. С точки зрения экономических интересов Нигерии, ключевую роль играют ОПЕК (с учетом отраслевой специфики экономики) и Содружество наций (благодаря мерам по облегчению долгового бремени). В то же время существенный потенциал остается за БРИКС: руководство Нигерии настроено на реализацию крупных, особенно инфраструктурных, проектов с участием Нового банка развития БРИКС и при содействии партнеров по объединению.
