В настоящее время правительство России нацелилось на преодоление экономических трудностей и дипломатической изоляции путем осуществления стратегии «Поворот на Восток». Экономический смысл этой политики заключается в сотрудничестве со странами Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона (АТР) в области энергетики, привлечении прямых иностранных инвестиций из этого региона и расширение торговли со странами АТР. С политической точки зрения русское правительство также пытается создать более тесные связи со странами Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона. В то же время, успех осуществления стратегии России «Поворот на Восток» во многом зависит от состояния энергетических секторов и продвижения на азиатские рынки ограниченных видов экспортных товаров, что является сдерживающим фактором в развитии диверсифицированной экономики. Кроме того, в культурном и социальном смысле, Россия поддерживает более близкий образ мышления с Европой, чем с Азией. Это также является препятствием при разработке новой успешной стратегии. В то же время, инициатива продвижения трансрегиональных партнерств в виде проектов «Один пояс – один путь» (т.е. инициатива OBOR, разработанная китайским правительством) и стратегия «Поворот на Восток» могут раскрыть потенциал стратегической связи Китая и России, который учитывает национальные интересы Китая.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ukrainian Crisis of 2014 is crucial for Russian pivot to the East which is considered to be a tool for tackling economic challenges and avoiding diplomatic isolation. Economically, this pivot implies cooperation with AsiaPacific region in trade and energy. Politically, it means closer ties with the states of that region. At the same time, the success of the strategy hinges on the state of affairs in energy and on promoting to Asian markets specifi c goods that turns out to be a constraint for diversifi cation of the Russian economy. Moreover, culturally and social Russia is much closer to Europe than Asia, and that is one more obstacle to “Pivot to the East” strategy realization.
