Азиатские гиганты в целом добились больших успехов в развитии образования и науки. При этом власти и эксперты отлично понимают слабые места и ставят задачу изменить ситуацию в относительно недалеком будущем. Подобные перемены могут способствовать переносу акцентов на развитие фундаментальной науки, а не только высоких технологий, что позволит сократить отставание Китая и Индии от развитых держав

Asian giants succceded in general development of education and science. At the same time Chinese and Indian government and experts understand well the disadvantages of their states and formulate the task to change the situation in the upcoming period. Such changes will help to shift the accent in development from high technologies to fundamental science. This will bridge the gap betweenChinaandIndiaand developed nations.
